[ARCHIVED] Recycling Effective March 11th 2019

The moment we have all been waiting for! With York County Council's approval at their March 4th meeting, Signature Waste will be allowed to haul our recyclables to the York County Recycling Facility effective March 11th, 2019. Here is what you need to know.

In your Signature Waste cart: Mixed paper, steel cans, aluminum cans & foil, plastic bottles, jars & jugs (keep the lids on), cardboard and chipboard.
Baxter Recycling and Collection Center: sorted glass.
Do not place plastic bags into your recycling carts.
Fire Station 1 & 2 (1195 Stonecrest Blvd. & 7200 Tega Cay Dr.): bagged aluminum cans to raise funds for the MUSC Children’s Burn Unit.
