When is the system outage?
Friday September 27th – Sunday September 29th
The data from the current permitting software will be migrated to a new system, Evolve, which is scheduled to go live on Monday, September 30th.
What services does this impact?
Applying & Payment for any permits and/or inspections to include but not limited to:
• Building permits
• Zoning permits
• Land Disturbance permits
• Building inspections
What do I do if I need an inspection?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but no inspections will be scheduled for Friday, September 27th. Inspections requested for Friday will occur on Monday, September 30th at the earliest. During the system outage, the following will not be accessible:
• Scheduling any building inspection(s)
• Verifying the results of any inspection(s)
What can I do?
• Create a customer account online in preparation for requests starting Monday, September 30th.
• Review all outstanding permits and ensure all documentation, inspection results, and other information are correctly migrated into the new software starting Monday, September 30th.
