The City of Tega Cay is accepting proposals to provide design/build services for the design and construction of a new Police Station in Tega Cay. All responses to this request must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, April 18, 2018. Qualifications received after this date and time shall be returned unopened. The City wishes to hire one qualified firm/partnership to provide the Design and Construction Documentation, Cost Analysis, Specifications and Construction Administration relating to the construction of a new police station.
