Beginning on Monday, October 26, 2015, Stonecrest Blvd. will be closed to through traffic at the intersection of Hubert Graham Way due to construction. Traffic will need to detour around this area using Dam Rd. Construction crews building Hubert Graham Way will be beginning the relocation of utilities and installation of the roundabout as part of the overall project. Current schedules have this intersection closed until March of 2016. As the schedule is updated by York County and their construction crew, we will post the information on our City website and on social media.
