During the meeting, City Event's Manager Caroline Hasty will provide a recap of Catawba Fest 2025. Council will consider the introduction and 1st reading of an ordinance adopting the latest standardization business license class schedule, consider approving an encroachment agreement, and consider an appointment to the Planning Commission. Council will then enter into Executive Session to discuss contractual matters related to American Tower. Pursuant to S.C. Code §30-4-70, the Executive Session will be closed to the public.
