The Rock Hill Piedmont Medical Center Community Vaccination Clinic opened on January 22 and started delivering the COVID-19 vaccine to people throughout York County and beyond.
With the help of the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Warren Norman Company, Comporium, York County Natural Gas Authority and York County Emergency Management, this community vaccination clinic will be open four days a week and run by 50+ volunteers each day. Based on current vaccine allotment, the clinic anticipates being able to vaccinate 500 people per day.
The clinic needs your help and partnership in this effort, and everyone now has an opportunity to provide direct support to the community. Ideally, this would be in the form of a financial contribution that would allow the clinic to provide meals, drinks and snacks to the volunteers operating the clinic.
Donations can be made payable to the York County Regional Chamber Foundation with a notation that this is for the COVID-19 Clinic, and mailed to 116 East Main Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730. Donations may also be made online via the York County Chamber of Commerce link below and by clicking on the "Vaccine Clinic Donations" button on the top left of the home screen.
