City offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 20th, in observance of the Presidents' Day holiday. Garbage collection will remain on schedule. Offices will reopen on Tuesday and City Council will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday in the Council Chambers located in the Glennon Center (lower level) at 6pm.
