We want to take the opportunity to remind our residents of important tips in weathering winter storms. Unless it is an emergency, please stay off the roads if possible. If you have a medical emergency dial 9-1-1. If you see a tree downed across a roadway, dial 9-1-1. Please be patient on having your road cleared. Staff will be working hard to try and clear all the roadways as soon as they can. Please refer to our Winter Weather Operations Procedures for more information on the City's policy for pre-treatment and clearing of roads in winter weather.
