Due to Construction activity it will be necessary to interrupt water service in the Lake Ridge area between 11 PM on 10/21/15 until 4 AM on 10/22/15. This interruption will be as brief as possible. If you require water during this period, we suggest filling containers prior to the shutdown. Also, please make sure all interior and exterior faucets and fixtures are closed. In addition, please make sure and/or check all equipment that is water-dependent.
WHEN WATER SERVICE IS RESTORED:
Discolored water and/or trapped air in the system may be experienced. The system will be thoroughly flushed; however, this will not necessarily clear your internal plumbing. Therefore we suggest that the following procedures be followed:
1. Open all fixtures and faucets slightly to allow entrapped air in the water to slowly escape.
2. When water is flowing smoothly and air has escaped, allow the water to run approximately 3-5 minutes to flush any discolored water from your plumbing system.
