Your Unused Medication Can Be Deadly! Operation Medicine Drop is going on now at Tega Cay Police Department. Teen misuse and abuse of prescription drugs is up 33% since 2008 (Partnership at www.DrugFree.org ). Prescription drugs are now the most commonly abused drugs among 12 to 13 year olds (SAMSHA). In 2011, 67,700 children were seen in the Emergency Room for medicine poisoning ( www.SafeKids.org ). Join with the City of Tega Cay to keep our kids safe!
Please drop off your unused and unwanted medications at one of the following permanent drop box locations during the month of April or at any other time:
