As Google Fiber continues to expand throughout the City and into additional neighborhoods, we would like to take this opportunity to remind residents of some guidelines.
If you have experienced any issues or damage to property from Google Fiber or its contractors, please be sure to call the number listed on your door hanger. The report line and support website can be found on the Fiber Project Information Page. When asked to select an option from the menu, residents can press option 3 to speak to a live person.
Please note that Comporium is also laying fiber lines throughout the City. If you experience any issues or damage caused by Comporium or its contractors, please contact Comporium at the email address provided on the Fiber Project Information Page.
