City Council will be recognizing the Fort Mill High School Girls Swim team, individual simmers, and Coach Cindy Van Buskirk as well as hear City Department annual reports. Council will be considering criteria and an application process for small businesses to receive ARPA funds and consider the 1st reading of amendments to the City's Code related to the Parks, Recreation and Events Committee as well as the Stormwater and Environmental Committee. Council will introduce and consider amending the FY 24-25 fee schedule to include Pickleball fees and will consider recommending a representative to the York County Natural Gas Board of Directors. The bid for the Windjammer Shoreline Stabilization project will be awarded and Council will consider appropriating funds for the Wildlife Management program. Two executive sessions will be held in accordance with SC Code Section 30-4-70.
