Week Leading Up to Halloween
Creep into the bone-chilling extravaganza of Tega Cay's newest spooktacular creation the week leading up to Halloween!
From dusk until dark come out to the Tega Cay sign at the Tega Cay Memorial Gardens on Tega Cay Drive for a thrilling time to enjoy a grand display of carved pumpkins.
You will be wowed by the mind-blowing masterpieces created by locals battling it out for prizes and boasting privileges!
Get set for a thrilling experience like no other!
Join us as we scare up some fun in Tega Cay! Individuals, families, clubs, church groups and organizations are invited to have some fun, get into the fall spirit and create a Jack-o-Lantern. Jack-O-Lanterns will be on display at the Tega Cay sign by the Memorial Gardens from October 27 to Halloween night!
Registration deadline is Monday, October 20th Just bring your best pumpkin to show off for a spectacularly spooky time!
Carved pumpkins must be dropped off between Saturday, October 25th to Monday, October 27 by noon. Pumpkins will be lit by 2 pm on Monday, October 27.

The children of Tega Cay are invited to join us on Halloween night at the Glennon Center for trunk-or-treating!
It's a fanG -tastic alternative to traditional trick-or-treating, where adults and children monsters can enjoy a spooky evening filled with a monster mashup of music from our DJ, a costume contest for all ages, and of course, trick-or-treating!
The spooktacular event kicks off at 5:30 pm in the Glennon Center Parking Lot and concludes at 7:30 pm.
We are still seeking volunteers to help us scare up some fun with trunk-or-treating. Prizes will be given to the best tailgaters.

Tega Cay's Spooktacular Week Brings Fall Fun and Festive Activities for All Ages
TEGA CAY, SC – The City of Tega Cay invite residents and visitors to celebrate Tega Cay's Spooktacular Week, a week-long celebration of fall festivities featuring a spectacular pumpkin display, family movie night, and Halloween fun for monsters of all ages.
Pumpkin Palooza Display | | Memorial Gardens
Kick off the enchantment by carving your best jack-o'-lantern and bringing it to Memorial Gardens for a community pumpkin display. Carved pumpkins from residents throughout the city will create a magical autumn showcase that's sure to delight visitors of all ages. Parks and Recreation staff will light the pumpkins each evening leading up to Halloween, creating a glowing, spooktacular display that will put everyone in awe. Click here to register

Join us for a bewitching evening under the stars! Tega Cay Parks and Recreation presents Movie in the Park. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and the whole family for a beloved Halloween classic. Special thanks to Howell Landscaping and Design for 2025 Movie Sponsorship.
Boos and Ghouls Trunk or Treat & Costume Contest | October 31 | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM | Glennon Center Parking Lot
Halloween night brings the grand finale to Spooktacular Week! Join us at the Glennon Center Parking Lot for our annual Trunk or Treat event, where trick-or-treaters can gather goodies from decorated car trunks in a safe, festive environment. The Lions Club will host their annual costume contest featuring fantastic prizes in multiple categories including Best Baby, Scariest, Most Creative, and more! Whether you're a tiny ghost, a magical wizard, or a superhero, there's a category for every little monster. Click here to register
