Windjammer Park Reopening

We are in the home stretch and we had really hoped to be able to reopen Windjammer Park by this weekend. Unfortunately, the weather this week hasn’t cooperated and several final elements have been delayed. We will put the finishing touches on next week, and the park will officially reopen to the public on Monday, June 1 at 11:00 a.m.

Reminder: You must have a valid parking sticker to park at Windjammer Park. Also, you cannot park on Windjammer Drive and walk into the park. Any vehicle parked without a sticker or any vehicle parked on Windjammer Drive will receive a citation and/or be towed at owner’s expense. If you need a parking sticker please email and include a photo copy of your driver’s license and vehicle/cart registration.

Special thank you to State Representative Bruce Bryant, State Senator Wes Climer and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources for your assistance with this project!
