To obtain an Incident Reports you may stop by the department Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 am - 3pm or contact the Records Manager by phone or
. Incident reports are available to the victim (free of charge) and other parties named in the report with the case number or name(s) of persons involved (fee charged).
If you need a SLED criminal background check, you must contact the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division. You may do so
or by phone at (803) 737-9000. If you need a local background criminal check, you can contact the records office at the Tega Cay Police Department.
